.Ddp858 { display:none; } 英文中 “to quit one’s job” 是辭職比較口語化的表達(dá)方式,而 “to resign”是比較正規(guī)的表達(dá)方式。遞交辭職信則為“to tender one’s resignation”。導(dǎo)致辭職的原因因人而異:有的人舉家遷移(relocation)不得已換工作,有的人是因為健康、年齡或家庭因素,有的人是另謀高職,有的人是與同事或上級發(fā)生矛盾, 有的人是迫于工作壓力。但不管怎樣,作為辭職人你應(yīng)本著好聚好散、心平氣和的精神書寫辭職信, 提一下公司給你帶來的好處,表達(dá)一番感激之情。為了發(fā)泄自己憤憤不平之情緒的辭職信 (negative resignation letter) 可能會帶來意想不到的麻煩,尤其是當(dāng)你的新雇主到你的原單位進(jìn)行調(diào)查或?qū)懶沤o你原雇主索取推薦信時,麻煩就更大了。當(dāng)今社會辭職數(shù)年后又想回原單位工作的事兒是常有的,所以寫辭職信還得為以后留條后路。
