In case of manufacturer malfunction, you (the purchaser) have 7 days to exchange the product for like-wise product, at no cost to you.  We will cover shipping costs.
In case of personal dissatisfaction, you (the purchaser) have 14 days to exchange the product  for store credit.  We will not cover shipping costs.
In case of damage after purchase, loss or stolen products, we will not exchange the product.

Tube Mods:

Do to the use and nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if you feel there is a manufactuer issue, please contact us as we strive for excellence in customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
