Main Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)：1. Safety requirements from enterprises Safety Standardization 企業(yè)安全標準化對崗位安全的要求:? In charge of safety technical work in jobholder’s scope. ；
負責(zé)做好本職范圍內(nèi)的安全技術(shù)工作；
? Stipulate and revise production operating procedures；
組織制定、修訂生產(chǎn)操作規(guī)程；
? Deploy field audits, find non-conformities and raise corrective/preventives measures；
開展現(xiàn)場檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患，提出整改措施；
? Provide corresponding technical supports with consideration of safety technical measures before unit start-up, shutdown, Equipment maintenance and modifications；
? Participate investigation, analysis and treatment of incident/accident；
參加本專業(yè)事故的調(diào)查、分析、處理。 2. Production生產(chǎn): ? Operations with priority for HSEQ 以HSEQ為先的運行?Improve HSEQ performances through training and controlling implementation of HSEQ procedures and regulations ；
?Reduce wastes / energy saving to meet environmental protective regulations 減少危廢/節(jié)能以滿足環(huán)保法規(guī)要求；
?Provide supports to have a safe and efficient oxidation operations ar GAA 提供支持氧化車間及冰晶的安全和有效的運轉(zhuǎn)；
?Implement and support product quality, quantity and yields improvement 實施和支持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，數(shù)量以及單耗的改進；
? Improve unit reliability in terms of process and equipment 改善提高工藝設(shè)備的可靠性；
3. Management 管理:? Implement production management sub-systems corresponding to systems (ISO9000 / 14000 /OHSA18000 etc. ) establishment 實施對體系管理中針對生產(chǎn)管理對應(yīng)的子系統(tǒng)，以滿足體系要求；
? Coordinate execution of MOC and Capex projects (DCS, SIS, equipment upgrades etc. ) 協(xié)調(diào)MOC 和Capex項目（DCS，SIS，設(shè)備升級等）的實行；
4. Others其它: ? Participate turnaround and commissioning & start-up of the plant after turnaround. 參與工廠大修以及大修后的調(diào)試和開車；
? Follow training and temporary assignments to broaden staff skills base to benefit the organization. 跟進員工的培訓(xùn)以及臨時工作指派以擴展員工技能使公司受益；
Qualification Requirements 任職資格要求：1. Knowledge知識:?College in chemical engineering or above. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，化工專業(yè)2. Skills技能:?Possess good analytical and problem solving skills. 擁有分析和解決問題的能力；
?Be familiar with electronic tools such as Microsoft office. 對微軟辦公軟件熟悉；
?Good written and oral English. 英語讀寫良好3. Experiences經(jīng)歷:?2-3 years of operating experience in continuous production plant:在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的工廠2到3年的操作經(jīng)驗；
?Working experience in a MNC in a manufacturing environment. 有跨國企業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗4. Abilities 能力:?Process control regarding analysis and optimization of process. 對工藝控制的分析以及優(yōu)化?Be able to handle technical confidential information appropriately能夠恰當(dāng)?shù)靥幚砑夹g(shù)保密信息?Self-motivated, independent and proactive. 自我激勵、獨立和主動積極
